Chris Lloyd is Labour's Westminster parliamentary candidate for Brecon and Radnorshire.

He was born and raised in Knighton, where he attended John Beddoes school, before studying Politics and Law at London's Greenwich University.

He joined the Labour Party because of a strong attachment to "equality, social justice, a decent minimum wage and members of society working together to find the best possible solutions for all." He currently works as a Parliamentary Research Assistant to the Liverpool MP Louise Ellman.

A local and energetic member of the Labour party, Chris Lloyd promises to be a high-profile candidate for Labour. He has been a Labour party activist for many years and makes a huge impact on any campaign that he is involved in.
